Where
do i start with this one?
First we had to strip the back end and exhaust of the monstrosity that someone
else had tried to "CUSTOMIZE"
then remove the handlebar risers that had one bent 8mm bolt going through
each one into the top yoke, and started to work our magic.
With the back end off we could fabricate and fit a new aluminium sub frame
to take the R1 back end,
also we had to make brackets for the wiring that had been shoved into a vacant
space under the seat.
Next we had to tackle the exhaust. Now the old under seat drainpipe exhaust
had been removed it was time to fabricate a littl moto gp style can.
Finally we raised the forks back to where they should be and welded the risers
to the top yoke and polished it up.
RESULT: One happy safe(r) customer
